Photo, audio, and/or video recordings will be made at this event. These recordings may be used by LabCampus GmbH and/or Flughafen München GmbH and/or Munich Innovation Ecosystem GmbH on their websites and community platforms, on the intranet, on their social media channels, in internal and/or external print media (e.g., newspapers, brochures, flyers) and marketing presentations, in newsletters, advertisements, and at trade fairs.

If you do not wish to be recognized in photographs or videos, please inform the event team when you register on site. You will receive an identification mark (e.g., a button) that signals to the photo and film crew that you do not wish to be recorded. In order for us to comply with your request, it is necessary that you wear this identification mark clearly visible throughout the entire event. We will respect your wishes within the scope of organizational and technical possibilities and in compliance with legal requirements.
